Louisiana Republican Flees Interview When Asked About Obama's Birthplace

Good for the journalist! He should be asking tough questions to candidates that make questionable commentary. Now if they did it equally to candidates on both sides of the aisle, up to and including the President, THAT would be something to see.
There seems to be a shortage of journalists who will ask the President the really tough questions. It's my impression that when it come to the President, Journalists show a certain deference. They should not do that.

Here is an example. Why have we never heard a journalist question former President Clinton on whether he realized that on November 12th, 1999, he was signing a bill that included the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act-- an act that would virtually eliminate the wall between investment and commercial banks, and between banks and insurance companies. An act that would repeal the most salient parts of the Glass-Steagall act. To the best of my knowledge he has never been asked to comment on that, let alone be taken to task for it..

Probably wasn't thinking clearly because Monica was under the desk.

Not true. WAKE UP! We've NEVER had a president before who was intentionally trying to destroy this country!!

Your ignorance and pig-headed views have pissed me off enough. I'm not listening to any more of your stupid-ass, brain-dead, bilge. ON IGNORE!!

This has become one of the funniest things I read. LOL

"Not listening to your bilge!!" Great stuff.

That's a recent development - they sure had no problem going after Bush.

That example had more to do with journalists just not understanding anything about the bill than shying away from asking. Very few journalists understand economics.

It's why i am no longer a republican, why i no longer vote, and i am no longer a patriot.

Screw this country.

consequently the phrase......."People get the Government they deserve"
