First they re-elect Nagin, now they re-elect Dollar Bill. Remember former Governor Edwards?

If Democracy can't work in New Orleans, why should we expect it to work in Bagdad?
 
Well, I disagree with you. The people spoke and they chose Bill Jefferson, despite of the ongoing investigation. I did not vote for him, and supported Ms. Carter.
