Inane stupidly on his part, BUT he did it and what a nice case it will make ! My lawyer, Tim Curtiss is state senator Vinnie Liebell's law partner -- it really wont matter in what state the legal action takes place -- connections are connections !
and btw, that is one of the two house i gave my ex wife many years ago as part of a divorce settlement --- prob 6 years since I've lived there and trust me here, if you bother her she will make your life hell, and that's if you're lucky !

I saw the post in question too, but how can it go any further?
- Will a word document be enough? Maybe a screen shot would be better, but even that could be altered.
- How can you zero in on the poster? EliteTrader would have to provide the IP address but probally only through a lawyer.
- It was deleted very fast.
Brother, I'm sorry to say but these above statements prove that you just plain got conned out of your money - here are the clues:
1) No trader managing millions would ever be lurking around a chat forum looking to take on new clients at $10K per account. Instead what you have is a compulsive gambler subsidizing his losing trading habits with your money!
2) this BS about him not being able to pull money out to repay you is typical con-man - it sounds so plausible and sympathetic - but anyone could easily divert funds pre-trust - they have to be transferred into the trust (if it even exists) from somewhere, there is no direct deposit of trading proceeds to a trust fund - what a crock!
3) And then the mark of a great con - take your money and then use your fear of permanent loss to get even more out of you - this is classic
Don't fall for it! Report his ass to the authorites and then lick your wounds and learn your lesson.

oh my forex-forex,
if he gets skip tracer software working on me, i can easily have my lawyer reverse the process on him, and my email is set to show all header information (which was actually an accident in the settings when i reinstalled the software) so all that information is contained and available !
and of course I would have my lawyer handle it -- I even named him !
Messages have already been left for Tim, so i expect to hear during "normal" hours and not Forex hours !
records of his original search and real estate search exist at the source database, both identified and here at Elite -- very little needed to put it all together, but thats not my job -- mine is only to sign the complaint form, and the lawyers do the rest !
THIS forex-forex is what i referred to by an "inane juvenile assembly" --- weve gone thru everything under the sun, and his stupidity has now opened him (or his parents if he's a minor) to the fullest level of punishment possible under these conditions, and the conditions pertaining to privacy are clear as can be as pertains to the law !
the whole thing could have been settled between chris and myself, but the "mob" had to get into it, express each and every one of their opinions, and then finally show contempt and stupidity towards another persons privacy !
