IP address's are harmless. I did see a post a few months ago were a moderator did confirm that two ET members were in fact the same person.

I used to run a forum myself and the phpBB forum board had a feature were you can check a members ID and it will list all members that post using that same IP address.

Moreover, how do you reconcile your one-person theory (for which I haven't seen any basis yet) with the alleged chat transcript between Christopher Saunders and Mike Parker?

While, in theory, almost anything can be faked on the net by someone with too much time on their hands, the chat, for one thing, comes across as authentic.

I see everyone was wondering where Ive gone. I would of replied sooner but I thought this thread died seeing I had no more email notifications on new posts. I am currently on leave and just trying to seek advice from family and such on what I should do. What ever happens I hope is resolved within a month or so because i cant get this off my head. Thanks for everyone support sorry I wasn't around to give my input.

To all: I have had private conversations with acdspit00 and unless he is an excellent faker, is indeed a serviceman. As a Navy veteran myself, I have advised him to seek assistance from his JAG officer, as the military does not take kindly to the treatment he received.

In that regard, I would advise mparkernys that continuing to post and looking at all of this as a "joke" is simply creating a more "motivating" paper trail for the military authorities.
