As explained but I will state it differently because you don't get it.

You gave the forum the "wrong impression" that you were a fund manager. That is why your thread was moved here into the Professional Trading section.

As long as your thread remains here and your reluctance to notify ET management about their error...you're continuing to give the wrong impression that you are a fund manager when in fact you are not along with the fact you stated your low 7 figure portfolio is a personal trading account that belongs to you and its not a fund.

Here's an analogy...pretend you started a thread about How To Make Apple Pie but your thread gets moved to How To Make Sushi along with the fact you're reluctant to notify ET management about their error in putting it in the Sushi section considering I'm a fan a Sushi recipes (ingredients & wraps).

That's my obsession. :D

Anyways, I'll leave you alone now considering you now know your thread is in the wrong section of the forum...giving your background the wrong impression. Hopefully, you didn't do the same to IB involving your individual versus professional status because if you did the same with IB...the judge will most likely believe the old Chinese man about the impression you gave him instead of your hearsay version of the events.

Yeah, your friend (not you) has a case about the wrongful termination. Your friend needs to get a lawyer about that issue...not you.

Last of all, based upon your own words in this thread...you're under no distress. You've been cocky out of the gate a few times about who's at fault. That's not my impression...its your own words about who's at fault.

OK then just give us the trade: We already know it was a weekly SPY so tell us the date and time of entry, the expiration date and strike price, and the number of options purchased and the price. I am still betting one bloody nose that you will not give us that information to substantiate your claim.

No, I'm alive and well. I'm not going to waste my time on here anymore, haven't made good money in a month because of this stupid distraction.
My friend informed me, he has number of business dirts on the Chinese guy and if he makes the wrong move and sues, we will destroy his company by informing his clients. Plus we will sue him for wrongful termination and emotional distress. Meanwhile, I'm matching my pal's salary until he gets another job. End of story! Good luck to all traders on here!

Black mail and mishandling money go hand it hand.... If the guy didn't have a reason to take a hit out on you, now you just gave him one....
