All your suggestions did not work...

What i had to finally figure out and do myself is delete the ESZ6 cache file...

that finally worked...

cleanning out the TempBuffer folder did nothing...

all of this could have been resolved very easily on the phone when i called for phone support as your support says i can do as a paying customer...

but you never retuned my call and instead took hours getting back to me inbetween each email help...

if you are not going call a paying customer back as you say you will on your support page then you should remove that statement from your support page....

NeotickerRT is a powerful product but your support is worse than ATT...
