Losing VM

Hey taodr,
If you have Sun's Java SDK installed, it might be that there is a conflict for default VM on your machine. There's also some odd stuff going on with VM and Windows XP, check out:

Is your version of Windows updated?
If you're running Win 98, you could try to repair Interent Explorer - go to Add & Remove Programs, act as if you want to uninstall IE, at the last popup window there is a selection to repair IE instead of uninstalling it.
In Windows 2000,goto Add/Remove Programs, select Set Program Access and Defaults, in there you can pick which Java VM is your default.
