How does your posting improve your trading?

nor did you answer mine........however,don`t bother....i`m starting to feel sorry for you anyway.you remind me of "danger" from million dollar baby....a harmless dope.

the purpose of my post,here,to you is not to enhance my trading but to make a mockery of you.......a guy whom tells me an opinion is "wrong",posesses the holy grail and never loses.

I tend to do the same. Everynight when I used to post my S/R numbers I would write them down on a post it and have it stuck to my monitor. My rules for trading the ES I have written so many times it isn't funny.
