They're not going to respond because they've known the gig is up for the past 4 or so years. They're just doing their best to manage PR damage control on the party.

Well at least Tao is still consistent with the dumb responses. When the whole entire article is wrong, it should have been taken down not merely footnoted with a statement that indicated that the one who wrote it was an idiot.

They were talking about Lynch on the Independents last night.... as the front runner for Holder's job. They said cops under her jurisdiction collected $904 MILLION in "civil forfeitures" last year alone.
That's despicable! The way civil forfeiture is being used is despicable.... mostly just cops stealing citizen's property. Whatever happened to the 4th Amendment?
She should NOT become AG.
