Looks like under Obamas watch, markets/economy rallying.

You have no idea who I'm voting for. Nice way to divert the topic though.

You will be voting for the republican candidate. Conservatives think linearly. This is why there are no conservative comedians/uber scientists/etc.. Ya'll are just simpletons.

It's called expanding the money supply. LOL. You guys are not really this stupid offline are you?

Covertibility was also REAL bullish on real estate in 2006 as well. Alot of "wind at your back analysis" on this site. Yesterday the market was going to crash, today the market is going straight to 1400.

It's like taking a ride on the short bus.

I hope you trade better then guessing who I will vote for. Maybe "guessing" is how you do trade. Good luck with that.

You have no idea what you're talking about. I have no idea what scientists you consider "uber," but the scientific/academic communities are largely controlled by politics. Try getting a grant (much less winning a Nobel Prize) for something that isn't politically-correct. Media attention and writing best-selling coffee table books don't make one "uber," anway.

Moreover, modern day scientists wouldn't be here if if not for standing on the shoulders of giants from the past of Western Civilization, i.e., mostly a bunch of white, male conservatives.

Wow. That thread had some great timing. I hope he was fading himself.

BTW, Chicago just traded down to 2001 prices in real estate.

But I'm sure the property taxes aren't going down with the prices. Ya know, can't shrink the govt back to 2001 levels in such a socialist state...

It's an ugly spread trade. Prices collapsing with taxes actually going higher both percentage wise and notional amount owed. And of course to put some icing on this delicious cake, jobs are leaving the state right and left.

How could I fade it when I said sell right near the top? The first thread, rolling along 1, I had posted a couple of stocks that doubled and even that were criticized!!

You people provide great source of comedy!
