They can try setting a new precedent on trump, but no one in the senate on the right is going to vote for it, so good luck getting to 66 votes.

My eyes? The instance of 'deleting emails under subpoena' happened in 2016, if it was a crime worth prosecuting then why isn't Hillary in jail? Where is the open investigation? What have the Republicans in Congress done about this for 2 years?

Trump's personal lawyer and campaign manager is in jail who have already implicated Trump, the investigation into Trump's finances has been opened by multiple state and federal law enforcement offices with Mueller's final report pending.

Compare that to your WHATABOUT Hillary did 2 years ago, tell me how it looks.
