Looks Like Illinois will actually get Concealed Carry

They've already had concealed-carry in the gang neighborhoods for many years. It was the law of the jungle.

Probably so, and any time we can get some rights back in the US, and kick a liberal in the nuts, that's a win.

On another note, I read through it, and the stipulations are substantially more than most other States. That's Illinois though. Lol! At least some folks there will get some rights back though.
