Looks like another day of thrills and spills

now I have no follow through on a long signal!!! It's like decision by committee today, there is a signal then it takes a long time for everybody to wake up and say "hey there was a signal, aren't we supposed to do something?" Then they all have meetings to decide what to do about the signal and eventually, after much hemming and hawing, the price moves.

The Hershey guys that trade across the channel should be cleaning up today, probably they are getting some laughs out of guys like me.

I was afraid to follow the system today because of news but looking back I see it was working, just not like usual.
Those trades that make you scared and question them when you get the signal from your system usually turn out to be the best trades in hindsight.

Wondering why Futures didn't move on that retail sales data. Am I missing something?

Yields went above 5.3% also.
Futures dipped initially, says briefing.com, because of that initial pop in yields.
