Dow only down 245 points. Still above last Wed close. It bounced 60 points at the close, too. not bad at all. Feel pretty optimistic about jobs#s.
Ok I will get to your idiotic quote about the jobs number in a minute, but you really need to answer this question. You say you are rarely wrong (?) and you know how everything works when it comes to stocks, the economy etc...If you do know how everything works, you should have seen last year coming as even the idiotic traders like myself saw it quite clearly, why didn't youre index make sales? We all know you have no real money at stake, but a smart guy like you not getting short anything when the makt which you know so well was about to get a 50% haircut? It makes no sense, unless of course you don't know anything which I will put my money on...Now how can one be optimistic about fridays #? You are such a poser.
We maybe stuck in the 8500-9500 range for awhile, but no new lows.

Since you're just ranting I'll ignore most of your quote. As for the jobs #, we all know it will be horrible, but the markets reaction isn't so certain.
Not a rant bud, just answer the question, why would a self proclaimed genius be sitting on huge losses, if you know how everything works, you should have seen last year quite easily, now answer the question....

I don't have 50% losses. Only one of my positions is down 50% from when I went long. The overall account isn't.

we had a huge rally since December 23rd. A small pullback was due.
