Looking to Trade Tokyo Stock Exchange

I have been itching to trade the Tokyo Stock Exchange but besides Interactive Brokers cant find anyone with a decent data feed and execution service. If someone here trades TSE or knows how I can get access to it please let me know.

Hi,
I'm in Japan so I don't have first hand information on this question which I have seen on ET a zillion times. Take a look at eTrade which says they offer trading for Japan, but I don't know to what extent or the conditions. Whatever you find out might be of interest to many if you post it here.

3399 Yen commissions @ Etrade aren't gonna work for me. I'm really looking for a direct access firm with a high speed platform, and a commission structure geared toward the high volume trader.
