Looking like Warren will be the nominee, what do you think?

Not really. She went after an old guy who is "mentally weak" just as Trump said, and that constitutes a crushing victory among a group of losers.

Note that in regard to racial injustices she did not go after Joe on locking up all the alleged black super-predators because Harris has her own sordid history there.

The dems will find old joe to be easy picking and create some faux victories. Let's see Kamala rip Warren that way and if it is as easy as picking on old joe.

Oh, and Skankala be having some work to do. Right now Old Joe polls much higher with blacks than she does.

MORE TO COME.

Fact check: Trump's Orlando rally featured more than 15 false claims over 76 minutes

THE WALL

TRUMP
: “We’re going to have over 400 miles of wall built by the end of next year. It’s moving very rapidly.”

THE FACTS: That’s highly unlikely, and even if so, the great majority of the wall he’s talking about would be replacement barrier, not new miles of construction. Trump has added strikingly little length to barriers along the Mexico border despite his pre-eminent 2016 campaign promise to get a wall done.

Even to reach 400 miles or 640 kilometers, he would have to prevail in legal challenges to his declaration of a national emergency or get Congress to find more money to get anywhere close.

So far, the administration has awarded contracts for 247 miles (395 km) of wall construction, but that initiative has been constrained by court cases that are still playing out.

In any event, all but 17 miles (27 km) of his awarded contracts so far would replace existing barriers.
Yeah, Obama was a prolific deporter of illegal immigrants. It is hard to match his numbers because he was potentially the best deporter in history. Obama got rid of as many illegal immigrants as he possibly could. He clearly hated illegal immigration and illegal immigrants. Didn't Obama know that all of these people were simply looking for asylum?

If memory serves, the reason Hussein's deportations were high was due to a lot of repeat deportations caused by lack of immigration law execution.

This is true. Obama counted the illegals who were just turned back at the border but Bush did not count them unless they were true deportations -ie had a deportation order.

The structure of the game has changed since Obama was in office. Most of his illegals were single men coming alone or in groups with other single men looking for work. The massive, massive amount of illegals now are people declaring asylum because the lefties have gotten court orders since Obama left to make that the best game in town. In Obama's time, no one wanted to get caught. Now they show up and volunteer to be "caught" because the asylum game is the way to go by far. The illegals announce from three countries away that they are coming and a tv crew follows them the whole way not. Yeh. New game in town since Obama left.

Back to the thread subject re: Dem ticket. Harris displayed moment of calm, level headed leadership. “Guys, you know what? America does not want to witness a food fight; they want to know how we’re going to put food on the table.”
They all listened like good children and shut up. It was a great subliminal moment. Better positioned her in the fray. She may have more juice than I thought. No idea how that plays if she comes up against Warren.

Interesting perspective, not shared by me. She was well-rehearsed, I believe her attacks were completely planned out. She seemed like she was acting, I'm sure she's had quite a few lessons there. We all know there are defined "techniques" when it comes to public speaking, she is well versed on them.

However, I saw her as overly emotional. Might just be her nature. As Killary has the shrill cackle, Kamala has the schoolgirl giggles.

She's toast against Putin. Even against Angela Merkel when she's having a trembling fit.
