Looking for a veteran/retired prop day-trading group principal that traded through a U.S. B/D or Clearing to testify as a Trading Industry Expert in a high-profile case in New York Southern District Court. Giants like Quantlab, Susquehanna, other HFTs, Berkley Professors that claim HFTs predict the future and therefore are awesome, Major Exchanges, SEC are all in this.

Unfortunately I cannot publicly discuss the case but happy to do so in private.

It's that "modest compensation" which will assure you don't get a real expert. My fee is $1000 / hour inclusive of travel time, first class flights, and my choice of hotels.
A $25,000 retainer is due in advance.
