looking for useful streaming data

does anyone out there know if there is a place/service that provides streaming data on for the following categories:

most active stocks
% gainers
% losers
after hours trading


just like you can keep track of a watch list in real time, I would love to be able to keep a list of most active (and other categories) stocks and not have to refresh a page everytime I want to see if the list has changed ?

any information would be greatly appreciated

for free? the exchanges want their money and you have to fill out an absurd amount of paper work.

however, yahoo finance seems to update dynamically with ECN data when on individual company pages. maybe a watch list will update dynamically as well.
