That's an old bloomberg keyboard. They are only available to people with bloomberg subscriptions. The keyboard should have nothing to do with your trading - do you want one to look cool or do you have a reason behind it?
The new one is the smaller one up top - they have taken off many of those buttons most people didn't use anymore. New ones are kinda cool - way better than the older ones.

Logitech G15 perhaps? They also have some with a color screen, and an API. Might be a starting point.
