Looking for Tips on Finding Peer Traders

Any tips on where to find peers you can exchange ideas with or just talk about the general theme of the markets?

I have heard about how this can be a major factor in your career as a trader.

ET is great, but I might need something a little more or maybe I'm not utilizing ET enough. I haven't found any chatrooms that have been jaw-dropping yet either.

Any thoughts??

1) Put an ad on Craigslist.
2) Slog through the trading-related groups at LinkedIN.com
3) Traders who are "better" than you will want nothing to do with you. Traders who are "inferior" to you, you'll want nothing to do with them. Competition is the norm, not cooperation nor collaboration. :(
