Looking for tick by tick data in ES or SPY. 5 years

This doesn't fit your $50 requirement, but polygon.io is the cheapest and highest quality solution I have found. Have been using them for nearly 2 years now.

gvecis here - I don't know polygon.io but if I can realtime ticker data for all NYSE sympols thru the day all day I'm interested - how does polygon.io work? how are they contacted?
