Looking for this screener

Just registered...first post.

Is there a trading system offered which would alert me if the Williams % dropped below a certain level on a specific chart (for example...a four hour chart)?

Additionally, I would prefer the screener to alert me only if the MACD was trading above the zero line.

If anybody knows of a system which allows me to screen stocks based on the listed criteria I would greatly appreciate the help.
