In polite society, its an un-written rule that you don't ask a question of others, that you yourself are not prepared to answer.
You would have gotten better responses already if you started the thread with your own performance figures first. Right now, its like asking a work colleague "Tell me how much you earn , but i don't want to tell you how much I earn."

Suddenly, 99% of em went silent.
