Looking for Stock Market Data Engineer

Greetings,
I am looking for someone who knows how to properly interpret Stock Market data feeds. I will pay well for this person after a thorough vetting.

Neither.
I started using a market data streaming service (Polygon.io) over one year ago in addition to dozens of API's from that provider. I store the data locally in SQL Server and use Python to analyze it for momentum trading opportunities. My entry and exit strategies are relatively simple with the goal of scalping 15 cents or more per trade. I'm not actually making trades yet per-se, but instead, my Python code is logging the Buy and Sell activity until I start getting consistent results. My entries look pretty good. My exits, however, are dismal. When I look at the data afterwards, I conclude that I am missing something somewhere.
Having said all of that, I need an experienced data analyst with market trading experience to identify where I'm going wrong. I will gladly pay for the assistance, with a bonus opportunity upon success as a result of the help.

Why not use a proven trade algorithm instead? I know of one with less than 15 percent drawdown.

What does this mean? If your entries are good, you should be at least break even. Are you taking liquidity on entries?

It's likely I may have left-out some important information about what I'm doing here. Maybe this will clear-up things for you with this.
Once I locate a stock that meets my trading criteria, I Buy long. Once bought, I Sell that stock once its' price action meets my Sell criteria.

so what's your request then? you wrote you're missing something somewhere which means your criteria isn't useful
