Looking for Software that can make customized charts

I'm looking for a software that can make customized & historical charts such as the following.

ie. A basic chart going back as many years as possible of the # of stocks making 5-day reversals on that day. And other customized data that I may formulate?

Is there such a software or service?

you and me both, there are few us (I don't know if I could say there are a lot of us to make it profitable) who have oddball strategies and could benefit from customized charts to run studies on.

My personal thing is forex indexes, which I want to run Bollinger Bands on.

so that's two of us that are looking for customizing that doesn't fit into the mainstream.

problem is, most of us oddballs are also cheapskates. But we are proof there is some interest.

No, I don't want it to be free.

These things can be done manually via historical data and excel, but I was looking for a charting service or software that could do this.
