Looking for a knowledgeable programmer to code, test and optimize my stocks trading method using simple indicators like MA, Stochastic etc. Interested also in advanced ongoing development.

Objective is a semi automatic program and eventually fully automatic. Possibly extend to futures and forex.

You can write that yourself in easy language. You don't need a programmer for that
 
Look in the classified ads in these magazines
  • Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities
  • Futures
  • Active Trader
All of them carry ads by programmers-for-hire who will gladly write code for you if you pay them. Look for the names Okorofsky, Tennis, Tremelling, Arps.
 
I suggest programming yourself. So then later on if you want to make tweaks,changes or add ons you will know whats going on. Its like knowing whats going under your car engine. You can run your car without knowing how it works, but sometimes it comes in handy knowing how to fix your engine.
