Hello, I am experiencing a big impediment to live stock price tracking, I am looking for an app that tracks stock volatilities in REAL TIME and reports it by mobile notification, can you help me?

On IBKR app I can't find % volatility on Price Alert Presets, just Operator "=>" and "<="
I'm looking for only % volatiliy like fall or rise 3% for exemple.
