Day Traders of Elite Trader, My name is Jett Strauss, I am a filmmaker and current MFA candidate at the Mason Gross School of Art at Rutgers University. I am looking to interview / spend some time documenting Day Traders at work for a current project. Is there anyone out there who is interested in participating? All the best!

Well, the project is in it’s bare bones form, but I think I'm interested in the personal relationships that traders have to this vast and unrepresentable concept of the ‘market’, the modern digital marketplace — their superstitions, trading habits, feelings of connectedness (not like addiction or need, more of a reciprocity or dialectic between individual and multitude).

You should check with the Rutgers University business school because they do sometimes compete in international trading competitions...one particular famous competition they've competed in for the past 5 years.

They were in the CME Trading competition with my school. I don't think they were there for the final round, but nonetheless participated.
