I am seeking a sublet in NYC (below midtown) for 5+ desks. Can be on an existing trading floor or just empty space. We are not looking to join any trading groups, so don't ask. We are just looking for some space that's a little more open than what we currently have. So if you have or know of some space, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, there's a plethora of space downtown, but I am not looking to go through the hassle of setting up space for only a few desks. I really just want to get some unused space on a pre-existing floor. Easier and cheaper. We have our own equipment (computers) - we are just looking for empty desks with data access. Thx.
