I would recommend you to buy some office furniture with the desk space. There is likely a chance of getting office desk at any office space. In your case, a small square type of work desk is enough to do the work. To view new desk models visit here.

I am looking for desk space as well and started a thread in the "Prop Firms" forum. I find it amazing there are no traders in NYC who do not trade "prop" and do need desks space. Did you find anything?
