Looking for fast VPS to IB

If you look at the IP addy of the US server, it's geographic location is NYC, so just about any co-located server farm or VPS in NYC will be more than sufficient and you won't get much better especially since IB does not allow co-location at their location.

gw1.ibllc.com resolves to 207.245.107.3, which appears to be in Greenwich CT. See attached gif.

Ping times from Ubiquity same as I posted previously.

I have found there is a difference between server farms
as far as latencies. My firm has co-lo servers in Carteret
and Weehawken at 9 and 8 ms to gw1.ibllc.com respectively.
Ping time from office in Greenwich 12ms even though much
closer there. Ping time from office in Manhattan (lower
Broadway) 8 ms.

I believe Savvis maintains a direct line to IB's location from their
NY hosting farm. So that might be a little faster.

Can you guys from Asia share experiences of indeed there're delays/differences between IB's HK site vs the US main site?

I am from Taiwan and ping to HK is <63ms, US is > 250ms!
