Looking for contingent order software (oco)

Hey I was looking for contingent orders...my current brokers can't place contingent orders and was wondering where to go.

I heard strategy runner can do oco orders per trade...I'm looking to not pay a monthly fee for software all I need are contingent orders.

Any recommendations would help!
