Looking for Cat Bonds & Convertibles

Hi guys,

I've recently been looking for funds or ETFs that invest in
- insurance-linked problems such as Cat Bonds, as well as
- convertible bonds.

I am aware that individual convertibles are available over the platform, but I'm looking for diversified funds of such bonds. The same goes for the Cat bonds.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find any over TWS. Is it possible at all to invest in such instruments over IB, or are there simply none available?

Not sure if thats what you want, but take a look at the Calamos closed or open end funds. BTW, how do you look for convertibles on TWS platform? Do you have to know the issuer name/coupon/maturity in advance and then search for it just like you would for any other bond?

Thanks for the tip, they have some interesting funds. I went with the iShares Convertible Bond ETF for now. Unfortunately still no luck with insurance-linked products.

And yes, I wouldn't know any other way to do it.
