You mentioned 100K. That's a start.
I haven't given much thought to what kind of a split but lets throw out 50%.
You would have to outperform the index which a lot of professionals don't do, plus if you didn't your career would be short lived.
A 50/50 portfolio of SPY/QQQ is up over 10% this year not counting dividends.
Swing trading; How many trades a month? Win %? Biggest Win? Biggest Loss?

I don't want to write too much publicly, so it will be brief, I can divulge details by pm or email.
I recently traded my account up from under 1,000 to over 40,000 in under a month. I WD some of it, then later went down. I have also other instances of going on strong net positive runs, then going down.
The problem is I live and work all day (lowish pay) in a time zone where the US market hours are in my night time, so after a few days, or a few weeks of getting 2-4 hours sleep I am really worn out and make some mistakes.
What I want would be someone to help me with funding (and finding) a satisfactory base for 1-2 months in the Summer (I will stop this job) where the hours are normal-ie in the US. And to back me with 5k (and again if needed) starting amount.
I'd be looking at 50/50 profit share arrangement up to 50k each. Open to other options.
Please help.
