Well, these offshore brokers still get traders enjoying their services. I don't appreciate the regulation aspect, but when a trader is looking for some juicy offers, only these brokers come to mind. I know Forexchief, use it for many months, still one of the few ones that is consistent in good trading conditions. Forgive me if I don't share your sentiment toward such brokers.

I agree, going offshore for better conditions/offers or services is a matter of individual choice. I am of the view that you need to DYOR and find yourself a reliable broker, regulated or not, that fits your particular trading needs. Currently I’m using cedarfx and coinexx for 500x leverage, work well for scalping as their trading cost is low. At the end all that matters is the trading conditions offered by the broker you are using and your experience with them.

Key thing is once you can make withdrawals from such brokers using them isn't a problem.
