Different answers for different requirements,
If you trade size, go for MB, or IB, their institutional comission structure are designed to work for bigger players. For MB, it is less institutional so you will get better treatment.
If you trade basic size, then you need straight forward commission rate, and it is pretty much all the same across all the bigger discount guys.
