Looking for a web developer for project collaboration opportunity

I currently have a custom web based backtesting/scanning platform. My goal is to polish up the backtesting engine and convert the public facing side of the site into a subscription based newsletter that is totally automated.

If you are a web developer (site is written in PHP), have at least a minimum understanding of trading/stats and have availability to work on the project, PM me for details. I currently have someone helping out with the HTML/CSS layer but I just don't have enough time to address everything that needs to be done in the middle and back end layers.

I will explain the concept and show what I currently have built via PM.

The product is not profitable now so any work will result in an equity stake in the company.

What open source license are you envisaging? I am asking because this site has seen its fair share of dubious offers by crooks who asked others to participate only to commercialize the works of others at a later point (a time series database (TickZoom), a trading architecture (TradeLink), among others. What are your intentions? I am asking on behalf on unassuming newbies or desperate CS majors. I personally express no interest.

This is going to be a commercial venture. Who ever contributes to the effort will be given an ownership stake in the company, will receive direct payment, or a combination of both. It all depends on what we agree upon.

that sounds fair given it is supported by solid written contract agreements. Good luck with this venture.
