Looking for a trading plan

Anybody care to post a nice example of a trading plan. I personally have one on a sheet of paper but its going in the garbage. I saw one that was decent once on this site but i can t
find it ( using the search engine). I am" modifying" some aspect of my trading , hence i need a bit of inspiration....
