Looking for a successful trader

Hey Nodoji,

Actually, let's move it to another thread (if you guys don't mind). I just don't want this thread to turn into another thread about Hershey. But, I've always enjoyed reading your posts and I value what you have to say. Conkspot, however, well, not so much.....

Since you know for a fact that every newb that comes into this site and believes his ludicrous ravings loses money, can you get any of them to post in this thread specifically how Jack caused them to lose money?

No need to go any further, Conk answered my question.

All the best to you in your quest for additional strategies. We are currently programming and testing 3 different automated strategies. Each one picks good entries overall, but we haven't found a consistently reliable exit strategy yet.

I just started reading Van Tharp's book; exits are everything.

So long sucker :p

Man you sure are a fucking troll.

ND has one of the best journals on this stupid ass forum that harbors idiot trolls like you.

Fuck off Cockspot.

I'm so glad ET has an ignore feature....

Tonbo (actully, in my dreams you are a Tohbo, I am so old and lazy I prefer my women on top), my turn: "Watch the premium." This is a really shitty medium for exchanging serious commentary.

looking for a successful trader? those successful traders are too busy trading for a living and do not have time to consult.

In other word, they dont care.

Hey Nodoji,
Thanks for wishing me good luck. I also wish you the best in your automation endeavors. It's a humbling process, but (as we both know), it's worth the time and effort.

Jack, if you had any clue about Warren Buffett you might have had some success with stocks instead of being the pied piper of ET. And if you had any clue about how Warren Buffett assesses the valuation of the stock market you certainly wouldn't have made your asinine turning point call on Sep 1st (see below).

Also, you can try to obfuscate my point but it still shows the lunacy of your claims. You toss around numbers like 30% a month like candy but all it takes is 20% a year to get obscenely rich which you are not.

I'm not a 30% a month type person.

I'm sure that you understood this was a percentage for a new trader taking the offers of stocks in a universe many years ago (before you had a computer).

FYI, Buffett is not a trader, This ia a trader forum. Buffett uses one principle for his efforts. It is called "durable Value" investing. this is a name assigned by Buffett to what he does which is also called in the FI long tern trading.

I hope this helps you get reoriented to what ET is about and what Buffett does. Comparing the two is your business and it may not be too fruitful for others.
