Looking for a program to screen stocks on pullbacks

Does anyone know of a code, or even a screener that would screen stocks, EOD, based on a pullback? For example, looking at the last three bars- 1st bar would be positive close, 2nd bar positive close, 3rd bar negative close. That's the criteria i'm looking for.
 
I have created such software some time ago, which can be set in 15 seconds to exactly match your requirements... How many stocks do you want to monitor?
 
200? This is super easy. I personally trade over 700 stocks and I am able to monitor over 10000 of them for sure. But you know, adding some volume filters etc...

Do you want screener to work based on fixed rules you have mentioned? Or do you want to be able to change those rules yourself? Because my screener is probalby not user-friendly for others :-)

And one more question. Are you already trading? How long? How do you trade? Or are you just in phase of research and preparation to trade?
