looking for a place to trade

i am looking for a trading room to trade in. will relocate for right environment. preferences are toronto, montreal, or new york.

i can bring my own account or will consider opening one if the commissions/profit split are reasonable

my hope is to surround myself with other focused, experienced traders who are hell bent on succeeding in trading. ideally, the room i seek would have over 5 people making over 100k net per year.

i am really frustrated with my search so far. lots of crap and or commission structures that make no sense

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know anything about Refco in MTL? I went to the site and it seems they only trade in futures contracts. Any idea if they trade equities? How is it , prop or salary?
