are you telling me you need 25 million usd to get the bloomberg terminal? Are you really sure?

BBG is $2k/mo. RM's saying you can't get global access via a bank without a big account. A blind monkey with money can get a Bloomberg terminal.

Bloomberg terminal cost $24,000/year-Two year contract. They are not going to let you execute without a clearing firm willing to accept and clear your trades. You are only looking at who has access and assume you can open an account at any clearing broker and do whatever you want. Does not work that way. You have to get an account open 1st, that will allow you do do this.
ok, so the bloomberg terminal dont offer access to the exchanges itself?
Why are you so averse to IB? In this space, for the money, they are generally considered the best.
