Looking at a Career in Trading

i am a recent college grad looking to get into trading. Just had a few questions about the industry

Whats the difference between firms that want you to make a capital investment first and ones that don't

Do any firms offer a paid salary along with what you make trading

Are there a lot of places that just want to take your capital investment.

How can i find out how affective their trading styles are that they would teach

Any other information would be great
