Long term US treasuries

With Federal Reserve expected to lower interest rates by a quarter of a percentage point on Wednesday, where do you guys see the rates for long term US treasuries, 10y and 30y?

Strangely, 10y and 30y rates went up about 10% recently.

It is not strange at all. The Fed can't control long term treasury rates and can barely control short term rates.
