Here's a thought: we could stay in the eu and be such big trouble makers that either we are thrown out or EU crumbles fron within!
France and Italy and probably other countries dont play by the rules....since we are the second largest power we could cause massive economic distress by virtue of our own currency and ability to print and spend.

I actually think that's better than Brexit. Maybe there will be some kind of a northern union which is financially more responsible.
The biggest mistake EU made was creating 1 currency, the EURO. If the EURO would not exist (or would only exist for healthy economies) countries like France, Italy and Greece could be punished for there bad behavior. Now that is impossible, all the members pay for the bad or sick members.
I don't like the EU as it is now. Countries should stay under their own laws, not EU laws. EU should just be active in things taht are win/wins for the EU members. Many EU members don't like the immigration politics of the EU either. The UK is not alone in that.
EU politicians are only busy with their own finances and carreers. There are too many of them and they all are overpaid.
I agree with everything. Where I'm from, the national airline is constantly going bankrupt, the only reason it's kept alive is so there is a route to Brussels and it's almost exclusively used by politicians. Very significant amounts of public funds have been used for multiple bailouts.
They're completely detached from reality living in their EU bureaucratic world. I wouldn't mind but they're spending billions while doing that. Another good example is the French arrogance insisting that EU sessions are also held in Strasbourg. Constant travel and a massive waste of money because the French want it.
Most people working in this bank are British. So the best proof that British don't know what the Brexit will bring? You are also British I presume?
