I am not advocating opening an account with them, nor am I interested in giving them any funds. I was trying to determine if this ¨fund¨was real and that it existed. An acquaintance mentioned it and as I am very skeptical I was curious if anyone was aware of them.

Send 'em some money, then report back in nine months or a year on what they did with it. That'll satisfy your curiosity.
