The lefty press and others like to diss Trump for saying that he would like to run against Biden because "he is the weakest mentally." That;s considered to be Orange Man Bad.
But then they all watch Biden in his first debate and think that he is the weakest one mentally and revert to worrying about if he is really the one to take on Trump.
The lefties are kind of slow on the uptake. Some of them rode the bus alright, and it was the short bus.
As discussed, it has never been -to me anyway- about the first tier candidates- ie. Joe and Bernie- because neither one is going to be nominated. So it is the next tier down that needs to be watched as their votes start trickling down. Warren and Kamala were/are in the next tier down, so - right on schedule- that is where the action is going to be. Hint: we are there already.
I would like to see Biden get the nomination because he would be easier to bring down, but- as previously stated- I dont like that kind of campaign- where everyone is just watching and waiting for some old guy to dither and faulter. Not for me. Warren- for example- is up on her feet and is giving and receiving blows and is more of a threat to Trump. I am not up for bayonetting Joe - an old warrior who they took down off the shelf because they needed him at a point in time and then will trash him. Warren or Kamala? I would run a bayonet through them every chance I got (metaphorically). Just the way I roll I guess. No joy in taking Biden down. Not a worthy opponent. If Joe gets the nomination- which he won't- I will support doing what needs to be done though. Don't doubt that.
