To answer your first question about muslims denouncing muslim extremists. Alot of people do. But thanks to years of supporting regimes that support muslim extremist groups by the american government. Almost all the sources of media are owned by them. You have to admit, everytime when democracy tried to start in those countries, the american government tried to pop up those regimes. Its because america's business interests overuled its ideology. And those extremists groups are supported by billionaire shieks and their cronies now. They control all of the resourses, media, and education. Those group of people owned the media there. The people that want change, have no voice. Look at saudi arabia, if a democratic group of people decided to overthrow the government, do you think the american government would support that group? I dont think so, money trumps ideology.


And 2nd why I lump in those marines as representing the entire american military. you know from the news that almost everybody in the camp knew about the masscre. In fact NCIS had to take away truck loads of cameras, computers, and digital recording devices b/c of all the pictures and IM messages about it. But nobody spoke up. Nobody wanted to break the soldiers cold. You dont rat out brothers. As horrible the crime, the soldiers wont rat them out. So tell me, if I person knows a crime has been committed, that person is as guilty. Also there was a high level coverup by the cammand structure. Only when they were caught, that they revealed the truth. So tell me if this institutional coverup, and fraternal coverup of a war crime doesnt indict that entire military.

Assuming that you really are Muslim, and of Arabic descent, you have an opportunity here to help the Muslims and Arabs by demonstrating that you are different, you could help to break the stereotypes.

zzzz you know thats the truth. to analogized the muslim world to america. It would be like rupert murdok and the right wing owning all of the media in the america and europe. You know b/c you live in america there are tons of liberals. People who belieave diffrently and are speaking out. But do you think rupert or the right wing will publish it. Or give you airtime. I dont think so. It is the same situation in the muslim world. After years of pumping up regimes who are oil friendly to america but support extremist groups, they own everything along with their cronies. They control all of the media and all of the money. There is no way for people without money or access to media to communicate there views. Even thought you have lots of people belieaving in what you do , you dont have an outlet to communicate them.
