Abortion absolutely should be a Federal issue, and not a state issue.
Why?
Because the pro lifers argue that abortion is murder.
You really think states should have the right to allow murder?
Should a person who lives in Alabama, where they claim abortion is murder, be allowed by Alabama law to go to New York to get an abortion, something legal in New York, but considered murder in Alabama?
Geez, state's rights folks are not thinking clearly...

Quote from 1prometheus:
With the kind of issues our nation is having, Abortion as a debating point needs to be put on the back burner.
Fact is there is NO meeting of the minds on this issue. The solution is simple: IT SHOULD NOT BE A FEDERAL ISSUE.
If we could leave it at that, that would work.
Yet, Fem-freak-leftist vermin and Christtard conservatives (not all Christians) will never leave well enough alone.
...Both sides are compelled to make a mess of an issue with a simple solution to everyone else's detriment.
