2. "You cannot patent a formula. However, you can patent an application of that formula"... or the dreaded "look & feel". Which one is dest's IP?

Btw, Andrew's Pitchfork still rules Google search results even when explicitly including voledge URL into a query.

It's my work, period.

I haven't used those analytics since 2018 as I use something else I've developed, but I neither want my name attached to his shit, nor do I want him offering services using my IP. It's pretty simple.

The "pitchfork vol" thingy is worthless. It doesn't account for up/out skew and local/sticky. So don't use it... I haven't for years. Nominal value for overwrites in a regime <40vol.

Ask your buddy how many deals he's signed? I know of one that fell through because the prospective client emailed me after reading this thread. It's working as intended.

And yeah, you can possess IP that is worthless. It’s of little value to me as I’ve developed something superior. The goal of this thread was to let anyone know that Adam is offering IP, that isn’t his to sell, and it’s of limited value for modeling skew.
